Making some alterations - from my 1to1 feedback: -

Updated: Nov 5, 2020

I then applied for a one to tone tutorial with Lydia. A quick one but the imperative feedback I gained meant all the same;

Am image denoting 3 imperative bullet pointed, points shown below.

  1. Left hand consumer profile text.

  2. Make more "scrapbook"-esque design factors within the Thank you note cards.

  3. Think about text; Avoid the 'Strike through', consider the calligraphy font, found in one of your Thank you note cards;

The first point; Is to alter the positioning of the text found on the Consumer Profile Examples; Such as the central positioning shown below;

After the alteration; Much more professional.

Task number two, 'To produce more "Scrapbook" style Thank you note cards';

Such as the illustrative calligraphy shown in this specific Thank you note card below; Although some elements within this design are too simple. It needs something a little more;

The addition of a few more layered collaborative files, will help to aid me in creating a much more 'Scrapbook' style design on all 4x Thank you note card designs.

As shown below;

A bouquet of silhouetted botanical figures, wrapped beautifully in a bow.

Secondly, The addition of more calligraphy text including one of my illustrative designs, Zoomed in an ample of times, while adjacently moving the colour layer slightly - to create a contemporary style design, working and editing the note lines to follow the contour of the image itself.

Added to my Ripped textural background, and consistent botanical green pigment. As shown below;

Saved as a high resolution file. Completed;

Thirdly, The design of the note card below, was night enough but not quite completed. So it was time to work into the design;

The addition of a ripped textural background design, green pigment, and other additional experimental files as a collaboration as a final design;

Finished and completed x3 Note card;

Finally, Design number four. The collaboration of calligraphy text, experimental paint files and digital botanical imagery. Such as the one shown below;

The addition of a background etc;

Completed and saved as a high resolution file. Much better!

Finally. Task number three. 'Think about text. Avoid the strike through;

Which is exactly why I decided to create such a vast array of calligraphy headings for all my template files;

My calligraphy headings;

Each saved, as separate PNG Files. As shown below;

Now to alter my Templates;

And the note card which started the whole calligraphy element off. an experimental factor. A soon, strong pinnacle element within my collection. A great brain wave, if i do say so myself;
